All first-time of the standard e-passport applicants must provide the following documents:

1. Duly completed and signed online application form and guarantor form, with online payment proof
2. Birth certificate
3. Certificate of origin/Identification issued by the applicant’s local government area of origin in Nigeria
4. Two passport photographs

For the reissue of an expired or expiring e-passport, you will need to provide the following:
Duly completed online application and payment proof with duly completed guarantor form
The original copy  of the expired/expiring e-passport
Two passport photographs
For Minors:
In addition to the above documents, all application for applicants under the age of 18 must include letter of consent written and signed by both parents with copies of the data pages of the parents’ Nigerian e-passport or national ID.
